6. Retention of Personal Data Collected
With regard to persons who wish to complete the contact form, their Personal Data is kept, on an active basis, for a period of three (3) years from the last activity of this person on the Website. At the end of this period, these data are deleted. It will therefore be up to the person concerned to fill out a contact form again to stay in touch with Château le Tertre de Caussan.

When you wish to subscribe to newsletters from our Site, we keep your personal data, in this case your professional or personal e-mail address, for the duration of your subscription.

On the other hand, audience measurement statistics and raw website traffic data are not kept for more than thirteen (13) months.

7. Transfer of Personal Data collected
Personal Data may be shared with companies of Château le Tertre de Caussan.

These subcontractors only act on the instructions of the Data Controller and have limited access to personal data, as part of the performance of these services and have a contractual obligation to use them in accordance with the provisions of the Applicable Regulations. They are bound by the same security and confidentiality obligations as the Data Controller. 

If required by law, the Data Controller may carry out the transmission of data following complaints made against the Website and to comply with administrative and judicial procedures;

If the Data Controller is involved in a reorganization operation within Château le Tertre de Caussan, in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets or collective proceedings, he may be required to assign or share all or part of his assets including Personal Data collected through the Website.
